Please consider the environment and walk, bike, use public transportation, or carpool with friends when you attend our events.

Canyon Theater at the Boulder Public Library

The Canyon Theater is located inside the Boulder Public Library at the Canyon Boulevard library entrance at Canyon and 9th Street. It seats 201 people. During library operating hours, you can also access the theater through the main library entrance at 1001 Arapahoe Avenue.

Parking is available in the parking lots in front of the main library entrance or near the Canyon Boulevard library entrance with free parking available after 7pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, free unlimited parking is available. However, library construction has reduced the number of spaces. Some alternates are the City of Boulder parking garage at Walnut Street and Broadway and St. Julien Hotel underground parking garage, which have free unlimited parking on Saturdays.

Muenzinger Auditorium

We also screen films in Muenzinger Auditorium, on the University of Colorado-Boulder campus. The auditorium has 400 seats. Muenzinger Auditorium is just west of Folsom Stadium’s south end, across the plaza and through the archway. You can bus or bike to Muenzinger, or it’s a 5-10 minute walk to Muenzinger Auditorium from Lot 360 next to the Duane Physics building, which is across Folsom Stadium. Here is a street view of Muenzinger Auditorium.

Parking is available in parking lots nearby depending on the day and time. Parking fees at most lots is $4 during the weekend. The best pay for parking options are either lot 360 or 380, please use the International Film Series CU-Boulder parking map for reference. Muenzinger is the building marked IFS on the map. There is also 3 hour metered parking along University Avenue.

eTown Hall

eTown Hall is located at 1535 Spruce Street. Parking options include the City of Boulder parking structure at 15th and Pearl Streets (free on Saturdays and Sundays), metered Downtown Boulder parking, and free parking in the Whittier neighborhood.

Metered parking in most areas surrounding eTown is $1.25 per hour, and is enforced from 9am-7pm Mon-Sat. Please see the BoulderColorado.gov site for more details: https://bouldercolorado.gov/parking-services/street-parking
