Food films are not just for adults. Kids love food too. The festival’s first children’s day combines kid-friendly food shorts with fun presentations. Tim Brod from Highland Honeybees will create a buzz with fun bee facts and Dan Hayward of Savory Spice Shop will share his spice wisdom. The program concludes with a snack and a visit from our goat friends from Mountain Flower Goat Dairy. Aimed at children ages five through twelve, the children’s day provides an opportunity for budding food nerds to meet grownup food nerds.
